• Purchase any six (6) Apop books on our website. Only website orders are valid for entry into the quest.
• Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older and residing in the Philippines to qualify for the giveaway. The giveaway is open to Philippine orders only.
• Entry Rule: One email address used to place an order for six (6) Apop books in 2024 equals one entry into the giveaway.
  
  Post Your CONTENT on Instagram:
  
• Your profile should be set to PUBLIC. Take a picture featuring six (6) books from your Apop books collection and post it on your Instagram account until SEPTEMBER 19, 2024, 11:59 p.m. (PHT). Ensure your post includes:
• The hashtags #apopbooks, #Apop_BookQuest2024, and #FromApoptoKorea.
• Tag our account, @apopbooks.

• The promo runs from August 26, 2024, to September 19, 2024, 23:59 (PHT).

Winner Selection:

• There will only be ONE winner in this grand giveaway. The winner will be announced on SEPTEMBER 21, 2024, at 17:00 (PHT). This will be done LIVE on the APOP Books Facebook page using the digital randomizer, Wheel of Names (wheelofnames.com), supervised by ADARNA HOUSE, INC representative and DTI Representative.
• The winner will also be posted on our social media accounts (@apopbooks) and will be notified via email, SMS, and/or call.

Claiming of Prize:

• The winner is given 60 days from receipt of the registered mail to claim or confirm their prize. Note that they are required to send a copy of their valid original passport for validation purposes.

Giveaway Restrictions:

• ALL employees of Adarna House, along with their partners, affiliates, advertising agency, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not eligible to participate in this event.

1. Notification of Winning:

• You will receive an official notification from Apop Books via email, call, and/or SMS. This notification will confirm that you are the selected winner of the #ApopBookQuest2024 Giveaway.
• Action Required:
• Reply to the email thread with your acknowledgment of the winning notification within 5 business days of receiving the notification.

2. Verification of Identity:

• Required Documents:
• A clear, valid copy of your original passport.

• Submission:
• Submit the required documents via the secure link provided in the email or through the designated email address within 10 business days of receiving the notification.

3. Prize Confirmation:

• Once your documents are received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your prize, which includes the Krimmy Korea Tour 2: Premium K-Entertainment Package (6D5N).
• Flight details will be disclosed to you directly via email after the confirmation.

4. Flight and Travel Arrangements:

• Flight Booking:
• Airfare and airport taxes are not included in the prize package and must be booked independently.

• Travel Agency Endorsement:
• We will endorse you to our partner travel agency, who will assist you with the travel arrangements and provide detailed information about your tour itinerary.

5. Prize Claim Deadline:

• You have 60 days from the date of receiving the notification to claim or confirm your prize.
• Failure to provide the necessary documents or confirm your prize within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Receiving the Prize:

• After all requirements are met and confirmed, you will receive detailed instructions about your travel itinerary and any additional information needed for the tour.
• Our partner travel agency will be in touch to finalize all arrangements and provide support for any travel-related questions.
